Once again, we chose the wrong host when we started this site. We are unable to make additional permission groups, there is simply user, and administrator. Moderators being members with eeveated permissions.

What I meant, is that I can't give users access to parts of the admin panel, and not others. I can't make a forum admin, a user admin, and a style admin for example.

You should be able to get it off of Microsoft's website. It is needed to run most any application.
