I need something that if their are 2 or more, more players on one team than there are on another, a player on that team switches teams.

I don't know if it actually works but there is a global property of Team that is
game.Teams:RebalanceTeams()
If that doesn't work then you have to do the old fashioned, memory-consuming calculations.
