I've taken a look at the free models lately and have noticed a large influx of new custom made meshes!!! Is there an easy way to upload custom meshes now and why is everyone like amazing at 3D modeling?

Well, they're really not that hard to make, if you've played with "Anim8tor " for a while. There's a script on the Roblox Wiki that converts "Anim8tor" meshes into ROBLOX meshes.
(If you don't know what Anim8tor is, it's a tool that can make meshes.)

I have Anim8tor but I'm not too good with it. The meshes I've seen are really good.

There are other mesh makers (e.g. Blender) which is really good for high quality editing.). Although I'm not sure how to convert those to a ROBLOX mesh.
