The rules page dosent state
our punishment if we broke a rule
so e.g if i spam, how many days ban
do i get?

It depends on how severe the offence is. If you spam once or twice, we may just warn you. But if you spam a whole page, you get banned, etc.
The same goes for all the other rules, depending on what it is you do, the punishment will differ.
Your best bet, is to just not break any of the rules
