Description: It makes custom fireworks. It is in a model format to show you how to use it.
State: Mostly done, may have a few minor updates to show better examples

Note: Though fully customizable, will require basic scripting skills [i.e. ability to modify a table and add on to it, understanding of Instance.new()]
