One that you could wear would possibly be a good idea.
I could make an antennae, but it would be too much like copying the bug antennaes. They would just take the twist out of them.

Here are some ideas 
Monocle glasses- You know what it is, you put it in your face and make it look like you are a mayor of something.
Halo- Looks like you died lol XP Probably make a script where if you are in a heaven place you get a halo on your head.
animal mask- Makes you look like you have a dog head or a cat head lol.
pyramid head- Makes your head shaped like a pyramid. Silent Hill for the Win!

Monocole would be easy, apart from the chain. I'm a newb mesh maker.
A halo would be pretty simple, I'll make that now.
An animal mask? I'll try.
Pyramid is simple too, I'll do the halo and pyramid now.
