Build Requests

A topic is dead when there is no use for it. This is a one-of-a-kind topic in a forum, that means that there is a use. The player whom posted here never said 'stop sending jobs', nor did he/she say 'I am done with this topic'. The only answer left is that they are still checking and/or watching this for any questions.

They are listed in a basic higherarchy. Number four states:

No spam at all! All spam will be removed, and the user posting it will be warned. Earn enough warnings, and you will earn yourself a ban!

Posting the exact same idea of one topic in another because it is alitle stale is very close to spam.

The rule you are refering to is Number 14, near to the bottom. I have heard of similar rules stating things like 'do not promote old and un-used topics.'

tell me, how many posts are posted in this peticular forum 'Building Requests' in a week? Close to none, right? If a rule like that applied, this whole entire forum (building Requests) should be closed and deleted. There is only one topic other than this that is under 7 months old...

The only explination I see to me posting in this is that the moderation team is slacking in deleting old and un-used posts. On every other forum I have used, they always close, then delete old and un-used topics and posts. If you want to argue that I shouldn't be posting in a dying forum that needs people willing to start its gears back up again, and for the sake of the people that need things built but the forums remain silent, then I shun you. Of corse, if I were in your shoes, I would do close to the same thing. All humans have flaws, and everyone else wants to correct those.

If there is a list of 'breakings' of this rule, then I would like to see it. According to what I have seen, most users on the whole entire forum complex would be on the list.

Also, if we look at the fact that there is no list of people willing to build things for others, then we realize that this topic, as I said before, is one of a kind, and needed dearly. In fact, I would sticky this if I had moderation powers. How many players come to this forum looking for a list of people who can make there dreams? I would say quite a bit.
